1. Performance Delivery (Fulfillment)
Optimizing your routine requires speed. We partner with India’s leading logistics providers to ensure your stack reaches you within 2-4 Business Days for Metro cities and 5-7 days for the rest of India.
2. Anti-Scam: Delivery Verification
To prevent fraudulent "Item Not Received" claims:
- — OTP Verification: Delivery requires a 4-digit OTP sent to your registered phone number.
- — Geo-Tagging: Our partners record GPS coordinates at the point of fulfillment.
- — Signature: Digital signature or photo proof of delivery is mandatory.
3. Mandatory Unboxing Guide
To protect against damage-fraud, WE REQUIRE A CONTINUOUS UNBOXING VIDEO (from seal-break to item disclosure) for any claims regarding missing items or physical damage. Without a valid unboxing video, damage/missing claims will NOT be entertained.
4. Returns & Hygiene
Due to the ingestible nature of supplements and FSSAI safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened or unsealed products. Returns are only processed if:
- — The item received is physically damaged (verified via unboxing video).
- — The wrong product was dispatched.
5. Cancellations
Cancellations are only permitted within 2 hours of order placement. Once a "Performance Dispatch" notification is sent, the order cannot be halted.
