Spottr is a CURATED MARKETPLACE, not a medical facility. We are not doctors, pharmacists, or licensed nutritionists. The supplement protocols generated via our quiz are for information purposes only and NOT FOR MEDICINAL USE. Always consult a physician before starting any new ritual.
2. Anti-Scam: Fraudulent Claims
We take fraudulent activity seriously to protect our curation network.
- — Chargeback Fraud: Any attempt to initiate a chargeback for a delivered order (verified via OTP/GPS) will result in a permanent ban and legal escalation.
- — Scam Abuse: Repeated claims of "damage" without valid unboxing videos or consistent "lost package" reports in verified high-delivery zones will be flagged to authorities.
3. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your Quiz inputs. Spottr is not liable for adverse effects resulting from inaccurate biological data, undisclosed allergies, or pre-existing conditions not mentioned during the formulation flow.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spottr and its sellers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the products purchased through our platform.
5. Marketplace Governance
Spottr acts as an intermediary. While we vet all sellers for quality (FSSAI/GMP), legal responsibility for product manufacture and shelf-life remains with the respective Brands/Sellers listed on the Product Detail Page.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
